‘I’m struggling at the moment’: More than half of young adult Scots in debt lose sleep over their finances

A poll of 1,016 Scots found that money concerns impacted the sleep of 55 per cent of those aged between 16 and 34 who had debts. Furthermore, almost two-thirds (60 per cent) of young adults in debt felt that their finances have negatively affected their mental health.
