The Scottish Government froze the force’s capital budget for the year ahead at £45.5million.
But when inflation is taken into account, the pot announced by Finance Secretary Kate Forbes is down £1.5million.
Cop chiefs had called for extra funding to help fix a backlog of problems within their estate.
After urging Ms Forbes to raise the package by £36.5million, Tory shadow justice secretary Jamie Greene said: “Given the crumbling condition of stations and equipment, it’s unacceptable that the SNP have cut Police Scotland’s budget in real terms.
